Can You Relate to Any of These?

  • I’m eating less and exercising more but still not losing much weight!
  • I’m eating what I’ve always eaten and do the exercise I have always done but I am now gaining weight!
  • I get hungry and food cravings a lot!
  • I’ve lost weight before but it all just comes roaring back!
  • I hate doing excessive exercise!

Losing weight and keeping it off is not about starving yourself and exercising madly.  It’s about eating the foods that help your body naturally burn fat and doing it in a way that is healthy and sustainable.

“We’re going to bust the biggest weight-loss myths and show you a more effective way to lose weight without starving yourself.”

“We’ll challenge (and likely overturn) a lot of what you’ve been taught about weight loss — so you can finally understand and apply what actually works.”

What you’ll learn (and why it matters)

In this practical seminar, you’ll learn:

  • Why you have trouble losing weight or maintaining weight loss (even when you feel like you’re doing the right things)
  • How the ketogenic diet really works and why it can be effective for fat loss
  • How to do keto the right way with whole foods — not synthetic shakes, bars, or “diet products”
  • Why weight loss isn’t just about calories and why “exercise harder” often backfires
  • How sustainable your weight loss can be when you use a real-food approach you can actually stick to

You’ll walk away with clarity, a simple framework, and a clear understanding of what to do next.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this really free?

Yes — this is a free, one-time seminar.  We have helped over 1,500 East Gippslanders in our clinic.  We’ve run other free seminars before. Many struggle with weight.  So we thought we would run this free seminar to help as many people as we could with weight loss.

How much weight can I really lose?

Most people who follow our program lose around 1kg a week.  This is a good and steady rate of weight loss. How much weight you will lose will depend on factors like how much extra weight you are already carrying and your personal make up.  We have plenty of patients who have lost up to 40kgs by just following our system.

Do I need to be doing keto already?

No. This seminar is designed for beginners and also for people who have tried keto before but found it confusing or hard to sustain.  We’ve found over the years that many people who’ve ‘done’ keto have not done it well or properly in a healthy way.

Will I be pressured to buy anything?

No. You’ll get a clear education first and will leave armed with what you need to do. If you want additional support after the seminar, you may take that option.

Is this medical advice?

No. This seminar is educational and general in nature. If you have a medical condition or take medication, please speak with your health practitioner before making dietary changes.

Is keto safe for everyone?

Keto may not be appropriate for some medical conditions or during pregnancy/breastfeeding/ gout. If you’re unsure, come along and ask questions, and always check with your health practitioner.

What if I’m on medication (e.g. for blood pressure or diabetes)?

If you’re on medication, especially for blood sugar or blood pressure, you should speak with your health practitioner before changing your diet. If certainly doesn’t stop you from doing keto. Some people may need monitoring and medication adjustments.  But the good news is that it is often to reduce medication/dosage.

Do I have to exercise?

No extreme exercise is required. We’ll cover why “exercise harder” isn’t the answer for many people. Gentle movement can help, but the focus is on a sustainable food approach.

Will I have to count calories?

No. You’ll learn why weight loss isn’t only about calories, and how food choices can change hunger, cravings, and fat burning.

Will I be hungry on keto?

When done properly, many people feel less hungry because meals are more satisfying and blood sugar is steadier. We’ll cover how to avoid common mistakes that lead to hunger.

Do you recommend shakes, bars, or packaged “keto” products?

No. This seminar focuses on doing keto with whole foods rather than synthetic shakes, protein bars, or heavily processed “keto snacks.”

What should I bring?

Bring a notebook and your questions.

Can I bring a friend or partner?

Yes — but each person must register so we can manage seating.

How long is the seminar?

Plan for about 90 minutes and time for questions.

What if I can’t make it on the night?

Because this is a one-time event with limited seats, we recommend attending live. If you register and can’t make it, please let us know so we can offer your seat to someone else.

Is there parking?

Plenty of parking is available at The Centre. Please arrive a little early to get settled.  We start at 6pm sharp!
