The real benefits from Tai Chi come from doing it each day. It doesn’t take long, is enjoyable to do and you feel great after it.
It’s important that you practise your Tai Chi correctly and the best way for this to happen is to learn how to do it correctly from a qualified teacher.
Our school is a friendly one. It doesn’t matter if you’ve never done anything like this before. We provide a friendly, welcoming and supportive environment for you to learn. We have female and male coaches to help you. We have traditional green tea during class each week to get to know each other.
Your first two classes are free for you to come and try Tai Chi to see if you like it.
The beginner’s class goes from 5:15pm to 6:00pm on Thursday nights at Lucknow Memorial Hall. Classes are held on the first three Thursdays of each month.
