We all get colds and flus. Even though it now seems that many of us get these more often than we used to! Most patient who take our herbs feel noticeably better after a few days and this continues to progress for the 5 day course of their herbs.
Many of our patients turn to us when they get a cold or flu but we are limited in how many people we can actually see in the clinic a day. So we decided to create this service to give more people access to tailor made herbal formulas for colds and flus.
The most common treatment for cold and flu is antibiotics, but there are problems with this approach to treatment:
Our high-strength medicinal herbs are an effective alternative to antibiotics.
To order your herbs please click on the Order Herbs button below. You will be required to fill in a health questionnaire as we tailor your herbs for you.
What do the herbs do?
We use herbs that are anti-viral, anti-bacterial, immune-boosting, chest-clearing, nose clearing, energy-giving – we make up a formula specifically for you. So the herbs are designed to help you get over your cold or flu faster.
Can I take your herbs if I am already taking other medications?
Yes, the herbs we prescribe you are ok to take while on other medications.
Will one 5 day course be enough?
For most people, yes. Sometimes for strong colds or flus you may need to take another course of herbs.
Are there any side-effects from taking the herbs?
Side-effects are rare, but most common side-effect of herbs is to loosen bowel motions. We ask you about this in the Medical Questionnaire and adjust the herbs accordingly.
Do you charge a consultation fee?
No, there are no consultation fees.
Do the herbs work if you have Covid?
Covid is a virus, as is the common cold and also flu. We use antiviral herbs and boost your immune system. Antibiotics do not treat viruses, but specific herbs do.
How long do the herbs last?
You typically get a 5 day course of herbs. The herbs will last at least 6 months in the bottle.
Can children take the herbs?
Yes, but we adjust the dosage for each child based on the medical questionnaire you complete when you order. See the information flyer from the CDC about antibiotics and children.
Do you provide support after I order?
If you have any questions, you can access support after you order.
Do you keep a record?
Yes, we create a patient record for you. These patient records are kept electronically, are secure and are governed by our Privacy Policy.
Can I order Your Herbs to Have on Me In Case I get Sick?
Yes, you can. The herbs you receive will last up to a year if stored in a cool dark place. When you fill in your questionnaire, simply complete the symptoms you normally get with cold and flu. This way you’ll have your herbs already on hand. This can also be a good option if you are going to travel and would like to have the herbs on you just in case.
