If you are stressed, anxious or depressed you can learn specific movements and breathing to help lift your mood. Great to help you feel lighter and more content.
Qigong is a very old but widely used (in China) form of movement and breathing developed in China and prescribed by some Doctors of Chinese Medicine to their patients.
The movements and breathing are easy to learn and help to lift your mood and recentre you.
And once you learn it it is yours to keep – to practise each day and whenever you need it.
Who Will Teach You?
Dr Bruce Stafford (Chinese Medicine) from Evergreen Natural Health in Bairnsdale is a Tai Chi and Qigong Instructor. Dr Bruce is running this hands-on seminar for free as a thank you to the East Gippsland community. You will learn the movements and breathing in full. There is nothing to pay or to buy.
What Will You Get Out of This Seminar?
You will leave having learned how to breathe with specific movements to lift your mood and help relieve stress, anxiety and depression.

What to Bring?
Wear comfortable loose clothing and soft shoes (like runners). Bring water.
